leon-anaviI built AGL 64-bit image for rpi4. It boots fine however there is an issue with the top and bottom bars in the UI - they are both not loaded. Is it somekind of a race condition? Or something with layer priorities? How to fix that?09:52
dl9pfiirc that means the launcher is there but not the homescreen10:20
dl9pfleon-anavi: could be one of the latest homescreen merges broke it ... let me check out10:20
leon-anavidl9pf, I tried reverting to an older agl-service-windowmanager version but didn't help.10:28

dl9pfso it is not the pi10:29
leon-anavidl9pf, cool :)10:29

walzertBelonging to the questions days before about building, I made now a docker image get everything to work. bitbake runs now a error on "do_image_wic"  > WARNING: bootloader config not specified, using defaults and WARNING: overhead-factor was specified, but size was not, so bitbake variables will be used for the size. In this case both IMAGE_OVERHEAD_FACTOR and --overhead-factor will be applied is that something known?10:39
dl9pfwaltminer: I assume you're building for up2 ?10:39

dl9pfpi3 or pi4 ?11:36
walzertpi311:38
*** eska has joined #automotive11:41
walzertoh and I have a general question about boards. I want to make some agl-can developments at home and need a SBC . would you recommend a pi3 or pi4? I have to buy a new one.11:42
dl9pfthere are 2 options ... up2 + a usb-can adaptor  (more expensive, less fiddling)  or  pi4 + can hat (cheaper, can hat needs testing/enabling)11:53
dl9pfcan hat for pi: https://www.elektor.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=pican%202 or https://www.exp-tech.de/module/raspberry-pi/8993/rs485-can-hat-for-raspberry-pi11:53
dl9pfpi4 works quite nice meanwhile ... with the smartpi2 case and a can hat you might have a nice 'mobile' setup11:54
walzertdl9pf: thank you that was the question. I wasn't sure if the pi4 is working good. I'm / we are using the slcan with https://www.fischl.de/usbtin/11:56
dl9pfyes, that should work as well11:57
walzertokay then i can order a pi 4 today. The 2GB would be ok?11:58
dl9pfyes12:31
