leon-anaviTarnyko, I need some help with gerrit15:00
leon-anaviTarnyko, "fatal: Upload denied for project 'AGL/meta-agl'" why I am getting this when I try to push my changes?15:01
*** mdunford has quit IRC15:01
CTtpollardI would presume that you do not have write permissions to that repo15:02
leon-anaviI have set a key and I can successfully connected over SSH. git clone works like a charm but I the error above appears when I do:15:02
*** waltminer has quit IRC15:02
leon-anavigit push origin HEAD:refs/for/master15:02
CTtpollardwhat is the remote url?15:02
leon-anaviCTtpollard, originssh://leonanavi@gerrit.automotivelinux.org:29418/AGL/meta-agl (push)15:03
CTtpollardeverything you're doing looks right to me :/ like I said maybe you've not been granted write/push15:04
leon-anaviCTtpollard, hm...15:04
leon-anaviCTtpollard, what is the point of having gerrit if I need writes to submit a change for a review?15:04
CTtpollardleon-anavi: have you tried using git-review?15:06
CTtpollardI can't comment on the specifics of the agl gerrit15:06
leon-anaviCTtpollard, no, I haven't tried git-review15:07
CTtpollardit's a nice tool15:07
leon-anaviCTtpollard, I am not familiar with it. I have to try it.15:09
Tarnykoleon-anavi: when doing "git log", do you have a "Commit-Id:" line at the bottom of your commit message ?15:09
leon-anaviTarnyko, yes15:09
leon-anaviTarnyko, I copied the hook and did git amend to generate commit message15:10
Tarnykoleon-anavi: ok. Is the email-adress given in "Author:" and "Signed-Off:" the same that the one you registered on AGL website ?15:10
leon-anaviTarnyko, yes: leon.anavi@konsulko.com15:11
Tarnyko(you can see it when logging into http://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit with "leonanavi" and password)15:11
leon-anaviTarnyko, yes it works:15:13
leon-anaviTarnyko,  ssh agl15:13
leon-anaviEnter passphrase for key '/home/leon/.ssh/agl':15:13
leon-anavi  ****    Welcome to Gerrit Code Review    ****15:13
leon-anavi  Hi Leon Anavi, you have successfully connected over SSH.15:13
leon-anavi  Unfortunately, interactive shells are disabled.15:13
leon-anavi  To clone a hosted Git repository, use:15:13
leon-anavi  git clone ssh://leonanavi@gerrit.automotivelinux.org:29418/REPOSITORY_NAME.git15:13
leon-anaviConnection to gerrit.automotivelinux.org closed.15:13
leon-anavisorry15:13
leon-anaviTarnyko, https://gist.github.com/leon-anavi/8d26889fecd097be3e3415:13
Tarnykoleon-anavi: ok.15:14
Tarnykowaltimer: good morning.15:14
Tarnykowaltminer: ^^15:14
leon-anaviTarnyko, this is the correct remote, right? originssh://leonanavi@gerrit.automotivelinux.org:29418/AGL/meta-agl (push)15:15
Tarnykoleon-anavi, yes15:15
Tarnykoleon-anavi, apparently, you are not in the "AGL-committers" groups in Gerrit, not sure but this may be linked15:15
leon-anaviTarnyko, ok and is this the right push command? git push origin HEAD:refs/for/master15:16
Tarnykoleon-anavi: I couldn't push changes when I first tried, too15:16
Tarnykoyes, you are doing it right15:16
leon-anaviTarnyko, thanks for the confirmation. So who should I poke to get the proper rights?15:17
*** toscalix_ has quit IRC15:18

Tarnykoleon-anavi: just sent a mail, put you in CC15:21
leon-anaviTarnyko, ok, I was just going to complain at the mailing list :)15:21
leon-anaviI will hold my complain for a while ;)15:21
Tarnyko:)15:22
leon-anaviTarnyko, I am wondering what is the point of having an open source project if I am restricted from pushing changes for a review? :) :) :)15:27
TarnykoBasic spam account filtering, I would say15:32
*** ulfwiger1 has joined #automotive15:33

leon-anaviTarnyko, any change that this might be resolved in the next 30-40 min? :)15:44
Tarnykoleon-anavi: don't know, don't have the rights to add you myself15:44
leon-anaviTarnyko, I have to leave in 45 min15:45
leon-anaviI just wanted to push these changes today...15:45
Tarnykoleon-anavi: if you want this to be quick, let me push them myself, otherwise we have to wait15:46
leon-anaviTarnyko, btw on Intel NUC weston from meta-agl did not launch. Is the distro tested against Intel machines?15:46
leon-anaviTarnyko, I want to do it myself as part of the educational process :)15:46
CTtpollardleon-anavi: did you include meta-intel?15:46
Tarnykoleon-anavi: at iot.bzh, we do not try these (at least for now)15:47
*** ndec has quit IRC15:47
leon-anaviCTtpollard, no I built it with MACHINE ?= "genericx86-64". I don't think I need meta-intel for this machine, do I?15:49
*** waltminer has joined #automotive15:50
*** ndec has joined #automotive15:51
CTtpollardleon-anavi: I think meta-intel has a bsp for the nuc15:52
CTtpollardbut that's probably not your weston problem15:52
*** jobol has quit IRC15:53
leon-anaviI have built other images with genericx86-64 (for example Tizen) and as far as I remember Weston worked fine. I guess it is a configuration issue or something.15:53
waltminerleon-avavi: retry your push to  gerrit15:53
Tarnykoleon-anavi: you need to verify that there is either, /dev/fb0, or /dev/dri/card015:54
*** toscalix__ has joined #automotive15:54
leon-anaviwaltminer, thanks!15:54
leon-anaviTarnyko, why AGL Jenkins gave me "Patch Set 1: Code-Review-1" ?15:57
Tarnykoleon-anavi: Jenkins does -1, starts an automatic build, and then does +1 if everything went well15:58
leon-anaviTarnyko, ok15:59
Tarnykoleon-anavi: patches look fine to me ! will try them on an image, and then put +115:59
CTtpollardok, for the raspi build I've appended libegl & libegl-dev to to image install (as done for koeslch and porter). In local conf I've added a prefer provider of virtual/egl as "libegl" (again as with koelsh/porter/minow) however once at do_rootfs it fails16:00
CTtpollardit also states at the start of the build that I should set a preferred provider, which I have. Anyone come across this before?16:01
leon-anaviCTtpollard, hm... Mauro Chehab from Samsung Open Source Group might be able to help you with this. He did this part of the port of Tizen for Raspberry Pi 2.16:06
*** weston has quit IRC16:06
CTtpollardmeta-renesas has a specific recipe for libegl, but meta-intel doesn't16:08
